You represent and warrant that:

- The User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
- The User Content is not defamatory, fraudulent, or unlawful.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion.

All fees are stated in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Payments are due at the time of purchase.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SaltSide during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SaltSide and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of:
- Your use of the Services;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of any rights of another party.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
